A wellbeing service, not a medical one
Sing Me Well is a wellbeing service. It is not a medical, clinical or therapeutic service. We do not provide therapy, counselling, psychiatry, speech and language therapy, or any form of healthcare.
Evidence-informed, not clinical
Our work draws on current understanding from voice studies, breathwork, somatic practice and nervous-system research. Describing our approach as neuroscience-informed or evidence-informed reflects this grounding, but it does not make it a clinical intervention or a substitute for professional healthcare.
No guaranteed outcomes
Wellbeing is personal. Experiences and outcomes vary between individuals. We share what tends to support our clients and what the research suggests, but we cannot guarantee specific results from any session or programme.
- Sessions are intended for educational, exploratory and wellbeing purposes.
- Anything you take from a session is yours to apply in a way that suits your own life and health.
- You remain responsible for your own healthcare and wellbeing decisions.
When to seek other support
If you are experiencing significant mental health, medical or vocal-health concerns, please speak with your GP or another qualified professional. We are very happy to work alongside other professionals where appropriate, but we are not a replacement for them.
