The Sing Me Well Method
A voice-led wellbeing approach, gently integrated.
The Sing Me Well Method weaves together four supportive practices into one calm, intentional experience, shaped around the person in the room.
01
Breathwork
Coming home to the breath.
Gentle guided breathing practices designed to support grounding, calm and nervous system regulation. We work slowly, never forcing, never performative, using the breath as a quiet anchor.
02
Vocal Connection
Reconnecting voice, body and emotion.
Humming, resonance, tone and guided vocalisation help the voice become felt rather than judged. This is where many clients first notice the calming, regulating quality of their own sound.
03
Emotional Expression Through Song
Singing as a safe outlet.
Song is offered as a supportive container for emotional expression, confidence and release. There is no audience, no judgement, only the meeting of voice and feeling.
04
Meditation
Reflective practices for self-awareness.
Mindfulness and gentle reflective practices integrate the work, supporting emotional calm, self-compassion and a quieter inner landscape between sessions.

A note from Jordene
"The voice does not need to be performed to be powerful. In Sing Me Well, the voice simply gets to be heard."
