Refunds & Cancellations

• Consultations can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, may be charged in full if they were paid for.
• Free initial consultations cancelled without notice more than once may not be re-offered.

• Sessions can normally be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a session may be charged in full.
• Missed sessions without notice are charged in full.
• If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund for that session.

We hold your session time exclusively for you. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so that the rest of the day runs gently. Where possible, we will use the time you have remaining thoughtfully.

Where a deposit is taken to confirm a booking, it is non-refundable but can normally be applied to a rescheduled session within a reasonable period. Where multi-session packages are purchased, individual sessions can be rescheduled within the agreed validity window. Unused sessions outside this window may not be refundable.

We understand that illness, bereavement, family emergencies and other significant events arise. Please get in touch and we will do our best to find a compassionate solution, including rescheduling, credit notes or partial refunds where reasonable.
